My Story
A Foundation Built on
Two Decades of Discipline
I am a licensed REALTOR® with two decades of technical expertise in infrastructure, construction coordination, and large-scale project management. Holding a Master of Science in Project Management, I have spent my career overseeing the complexities of major regional infrastructure projects — from transit upgrades to the adaptive reuse of large-scale residential buildings.
My approach to real estate is rooted in this technical discipline. I serve property owners and sophisticated capital allocators who require an advisor who understands the intersection of structural integrity, zoning potential, and long-term asset optimization. Whether navigating municipal requirements for new developments or managing the revitalization of multi-unit properties, I apply institutional-grade project management to every acquisition.
Why I Entered Real Estate
After years of managing infrastructure at an institutional level, I recognized a profound gap in the real estate advisory space. High-net-worth investors and sophisticated buyers were being served by agents who treated every property as a commodity — with no understanding of infrastructure, no appreciation for zoning potential, and no capacity for the complexity these clients demanded. I entered real estate to fill that gap.
My mission is to engineer legacy and define value — ensuring that every property I oversee serves as a precision-managed engine for generational wealth and strategic portfolio growth.
What Sets Me Apart
Most real estate agents are trained in sales. I was trained in systems. When I evaluate a property, I see infrastructure load-bearing capacity, zoning density potential, utility access, adaptive reuse viability, and the project management scope required to optimize that asset. This is a perspective that no amount of sales training can replicate.
